لماذا تأسس مشروع النهضة؟

تأسّس مشروع النهضة وبناء الدولة السورية ما بعد الاستبداد استجابةً لحاجة تاريخية وجودية، نشأت من قلب الانهيار الوطني الشامل الذي ضرب سوريا بعد عقود من الحكم الاستبدادي، وحروب مدمّرة، وتشتتٍ سياسي وفكري واجتماعي، أعقبه فراغ في الرؤية، وتنازع في الشرعية، وغياب أي مشروع مؤسِّس جامع.

الأسباب العميقة لتأسيس المشروع:

غياب المشروع الوطني الجامع:

لم يكن لدى السوريين، منذ الاستقلال وحتى اليوم، عقدٌ وطنيٌ تأسيسيٌ واضح يضمن التمثيل، العدالة، والمشاركة المتساوية في صنع القرار. سيطر منطق القوة والوصاية على مصير الدولة، بينما ظلت المعارضة في الغالب رد فعل لا مشروعًا بديلًا.

مشروع النهضة وُلد من إدراكٍ حاسم أن ما ينقص سوريا ليس فقط تغيير السلطة، بل تغيير مفهوم الدولة نفسه.

فشل النموذج السلطوي والمعارض على السواء:

فقد النظام شرعيته الأخلاقية والسياسية، بينما عجزت قوى المعارضة عن تقديم رؤية متماسكة لبناء دولة جديدة. فإما مشاريع محاصصات، أو شعارات فضفاضة، أو تبعية للخارج.

الانهيار البنيوي الشامل للدولة:

انهيار القانون، الاقتصاد، المؤسسات، العقد الاجتماعي، والهوية الوطنية الجامعة. لم يعد ممكنًا ترميم الدولة القديمة، بل بات من الضروري إعادة تأسيسها من الجذر.

لذلك اعتمد المشروع منهجًا تشريحيًا لا تجميليًا، وتحليلًا بنيويًا لا ظرفيًا.

تحويل الألم الجماعي إلى أفق سياسي أخلاقي:

من تحت الركام ظهرت حاجتنا لا لخطط طوارئ فقط، بل إلى رؤية متكاملة تتعامل مع الإنسان السوري كجوهر للسيادة، لا كأداة حرب أو تابع سياسي.

المشروع يحاول إعادة بناء العلاقة بين المواطن والدولة، على أساس الكرامة والحق والمعرفة.

الاستجابة للمأزق العالمي تجاه سوريا:

لم تعد الدول الكبرى، ولا الأمم المتحدة، قادرة على فرض حل عادل أو دائم، في ظل توازنات المصالح. لذلك أصبح من الضروري أن يبادر السوريون أنفسهم لصياغة مشروعهم السيادي.

مشروع النهضة يُقدَّم بوصفه خريطة طريق وطنية، قابلة للحياة، وليست استيرادًا لنموذج خارجي.
